At Fare Scanner, we want every booking to be clear before you pay. This policy explains how cancellations work for flights booked through our platform.

Standard cancellation

Most fares can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, subject to airline rules. After this window, airline cancellation fees and fare rules apply.

Airline-specific rules

Cancellation charges vary by airline, route and fare type. The exact fee is shown on your booking confirmation and trip details page before checkout.

How to cancel

• Sign in and open My Trips
• Select the booking and choose Cancel
• Confirm — refunds are processed per airline timelines (typically 5–10 business days)
