By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Definitions
• Platform: FareScanner.travel website and services
• User: Any person using the Platform
• Services: Flight search, comparison, booking, and related services
• Third-Party Providers: Airlines, payment processors, and travel suppliers
2. Scope of Services
FareScanner.travel provides an online platform to search, compare, and book flights offered by third-party airlines and travel providers.
FareScanner.travel acts strictly as an intermediary. The airline or travel supplier is responsible for fulfilling the booked services, while FareScanner.travel facilitates booking and payment processing.
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
• Provide accurate passenger and contact information
• Ensure names match official travel documents
• Review booking details before confirming payment
• Comply with airline rules, visa requirements, and applicable laws
FareScanner.travel is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the user.
4. Prices, Availability & Booking Confirmation
• Prices and availability are controlled by Third-Party Providers and may change at any time
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a confirmation
• Fare rules, baggage, changes, and refunds are governed by the airline
5. Payments
Secure Payments
Payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. FareScanner.travel does not store full credit or debit card details.
Currency & Billing Descriptor
All charges are processed in the currency displayed at checkout.
The merchant name on your card or bank statement may appear as “FareScanner.travel” or a similar descriptor.
Card Payments & Chargebacks
By completing a payment, you authorize FareScanner.travel or its payment service providers to charge your selected payment method for the total booking amount.
Chargebacks and payment disputes are governed by the rules of the relevant card network (Visa, Mastercard, or others). FareScanner.travel reserves the right to provide booking records, confirmations, and transaction details to payment providers and financial institutions to resolve disputes.
6. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
• Changes and cancellations are subject to airline fare rules
• Refund eligibility is determined by the airline
• Where applicable, refunds are processed to the original payment method
Refund processing times typically range from 7 to 45 business days, depending on the airline and payment provider.
Service fees charged by FareScanner.travel may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform is owned by or licensed to FareScanner.travel and may not be used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:
• FareScanner.travel is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
• We are not liable for acts or omissions of Third-Party Providers
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the relevant booking
9. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms or applicable laws.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
11. Updates
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
